Responsible for coordinating and managing information for oversea companies, adapting to local staff management policies, and deploying administrative affairs.

Job responsibilities:

1.Assist leaders in managing staff and administrative work for Chinese staff and local teams. (including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding procedures, contract signing, probation and job transfer, salary adjustment, etc.)

2.Responsible for arranging airport pick-up for new employees, arranging employee accommodation, assisting with phone card applications, and introducing new colleagues to the environment and team as a guide to help new employees integrate into the team;

3.In accordance with the company's rules and regulations, responsible for on-site supervision and execution, regularly summarize and provide optimization and reference suggestions to leaders;

4.Responsible for managing and purchasing office supplies, printing equipment, company vehicles, timely maintenance and parts replacement, controlling office costs and ensuring office efficiency;

5.Responsible for booking business trip tickets, coordinating work visa applications and coordinating with local departments;

6.Manage various company documents, seals, and coordinate with headquarters for the distribution and registration of outbound materials;

Job requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree or above; fresh graduates are acceptable.

2.proficiency in both Chinese and English is preferred.

Job responsibilities:

1.Familiarity with the lithium battery equipment process, lithium battery safety regulations, and relevant technical regulations, standards, and guidelines.

2.Proficient in lithium battery theory, develop debugging measures and debugging documents.

3.Master the performance and system of lithium battery equipment, effectively organize and carry out various debugging work within the scope.

4.Fully responsible for the testing and debugging of company equipment, and can adjust the plan according to the on-site problems that need to be addressed.

5.Understand the progress of equipment debugging and always pay attention to the operation status of the equipment during the debugging process, and deal with problems in a timely manner.

6.Responsible for communication and coordination with other departments during the debugging process to ensure the smooth progress of debugging work.

7.Responsible for organizing personnel to conduct equipment acceptance and after-sales handover work.

Job Requirement:

1.Familiar with mechanical and electrical software, had prior management level experience of debugging and after-sale service in lithium battery industry.

2.Familiar with the process technology and debugging steps of lithium battery production process.

3.Proficient in equipment operation, adjustment, and testing process, familiar with lithium battery equipment acceptance process regulations.

4.Compliance with management and ability to communicate with the company and customers.

5.Work is based in Kentucky.

Job Responsibility:

1.Responsible for equipment commissioning and meeting technical standard requirements. Perform equipment commissioning work according to schedule, quality, electrical safety, etc.

2.Prior to equipment commissioning, conduct quality inspections and acceptance of equipment assembly.

3.Responsible for analyzing the reasons for poor equipment operation data and assisting engineers in identifying problems.

4.Responsible for equipment operation, maintenance, and technical training guidance.

5.Propose feasible optimization plans for equipment and provide suggestions.

6.Upgrade, reform, and provide after-sales service for equipment.

7.Responsible for equipment 5S(sort, straighten, shine, standardize, sustain) and equipment maintenance.

8.Responsible for equipment commissioning, resolving various technical difficulties, and recording, feedback, analysis, improvement, and troubleshooting of process exceptions.

Job Requirement:

1.Relevant mechanical/electrical assembly engineer experience.

2.Relevant experience as a commissioning engineer.

3.Ability to assemble automation equipment.

4.Basic skills in using a wrench.

5.Work is based in Kentucky.
