01

New Design, Lean Cost

Hymson baking oven adopts an independent chamber and layered design. Its rigidity, strength, and stability are optimized through simulation of stress and deformation of the vacuum chamber and fixtures. Also, the layered design ensures a more uniform heat distribution within the chamber. Each fixture layer incorporates a back probe design that ensures safe contact between cells and fixtures, significantly increases space utilization within the chamber, and reduces the number of ovens.

Hymson-developed RGV scheduling system uses dual slide rail support, servo drive, and rack-and-pinion transmission. This setup guarantees smooth movement and achieves positioning accuracy of ±1 mm. With structural optimization and advanced manufacturing processes, the equipment delivers high load capacity, making it suitable for large-scale, high-density handling scenarios. Hymson offers various RGV scheduling options, including drawer, stack, and single-fixture designs.

02

Precision Temperature Control, Superior Quality

For vacuum leak rate control, Hymson achieves high airtightness in the baking process through sealed design, chamber structure control, and optimized welding control. This ensures a vacuum leak rate of ≤ 10 Pa. L/s, an ultimate vacuum of ≤10 Pa (empty load), and a vacuum pumping speed reaching 50 Pa in ≤ 5 minutes under empty load. For temperature control, PID adjustment technology ensures uniform temperature distribution, with the overall surface temperature uniformity of the heating plate ≤ ±2℃. In terms of over temperature protection, multi-level temperature control mechanisms are employed to ensure high yield in the baking process.

Cell preheating and vacuum baking are processes with high energy consumption. In key measures to reduce energy consumption, Hymson incorporates cool air self-circulation in the cooling system, reducing energy consumption of cooling sources. Furthermore, by optimizing process formulations and using built-in heating plates, Hymson reduces heat dissipation from chambers and fixtures. This significantly improves the effective utilization of electricity, leading to a more than 20% reduction in overall energy consumption compared to conventional baking lines.

03

Intelligent Upgrade, Efficiency Leaps

To meet the market demand for baking quality, Hymson's vacuum baking solution integrates high-precision moisture detection technology. This technology enables real-time moisture detection of cells during baking, resolving conventional issues of cell damages and long testing time. This innovation greatly enhances whole line efficiency.

Hymson incorporates virtual commissioning, software frameworks, and digital logistics simulation technologies in the whole-line solution. These digital and intelligent applications drive high coordination between hardware and software, constructing a more efficient, leaner, and flexible intelligent production line architecture to effectively address customer pain points in process, manufacturing, quality, and cost.

In the future, Hymson will continue to focus on technology, products, and innovation to steadily build its multi-dimensional and differentiated competitive edges and empower customers to unleash stronger potential in global competition.
