“东莞区的两台3000W主要用于切割数控机床内外钣金件、机箱机柜等，集中在1.0-6.0mm的不锈钢加工，搭配自动上料库，实现上料-切割-成品全程自动化生产，一天24小时能加工200张左右的不锈钢板，切割工件不需要二次处理，在质量和加工效率都实现了极大的突破，我们工作起来也轻松很多。”工机智能工程师周工满意地说。
自从工机智能第一次购入海目星3000W光纤激光切割机，就开始逐步淘汰了效率低下的传统加工方式。“同样的材料，加工精度和速度简直是一个天一个地。现在我们整体生产效率提高了30%左右，两台设备一起加工，在无需人工的情况下10分钟可以全部完成，不但提高产量，精度也得到保证。除了满足自己数控机床的钣金件加工外，还能对外接受钣金加工订单，一举两得，市场竞争力进一步提升。”生产林经理说道。
