Hymson Presents Its Latest Intelligent Manufacturing Solutions for LIB and Consumer Electronics Equipment at the 2024 InterBattery

Since it was first held in 2013, the InterBattery exhibition in South Korea has already become one of the top events for the battery industry in Korea and globally. Recognized as a crucial platform for showcasing the latest products and technologies in the battery sector, the exhibition has received widespread attention from around the world. The 2024 InterBattery exhibition was held at the COEX Center in Seoul from March 6th to 8th, marking the largest event in its history. According to official statistics, the exhibition attracted 579 companies from 18 countries and nearly 75,000 attendees. With 1,896 booths set up, the exhibition prominently featured innovative achievements from leading global battery companies, including LG, Samsung, and SK on.

In this exhibition, Hymson has prepared four major presentations, including Company Introduction, Assembly Line for 46mm Cylindrical Cell Introduction, Hymson Laser Notching Products Empower Energy Industry with Digital Intelligence and Laser as a Perfect Tool for LIB, which attracted a lot of visitors to booth A940 of Hymson. Additionally, the extensive display of product samples attracted a large number of visitors, showcasing the wide application and strong capability of Hymson's laser technology.

Adhering to the core value of "customer first" and the belief of "solving customer pain points and doing our best to meet customer needs", Hymson showcased its latest products and technologies at the exhibition, including Laser Notching & Slitting Integrated Machine (Narrow Width), Single-Lane Laser Ablation Machine, and Multi-Lane Laser Ablation Machine. Hymson’s high-speed Laser Notching Machine has surpassed a production speed of over 120m/min, providing stable production services to global customers, with sales exceeding more than 2000 machines. Focusing on notching module, laser application and control technology, Hymson has forged its key technology in high-speed and high-precision tab laser notching, solving quality problems in high-speed tab processing, such as tab alignment defect, notching dimension inaccuracy, particles and melt bead.

Hymson’s High-Speed Laser Ablation Machines (Single-Lane and Multi-Lane) are equipped with multiple dedusting system. The exclusive laser software allows highly accurate control of the ablation slot, ensuring the consistency and customization of ablation. Hymson has efficiently solved fast charging, battery life and endurance problems in the consumer electronics field, while optimizing energy density and addressing lithium plating in the field of EV battery. At this exhibition, a leading Korean battery company received commendations for its accomplishments through the collaboration with Hymson in the field of laser ablation related technology.

At the exhibition, Hymson showcased its advantages in core technologies and R&D innovations, including a type of fiber laser with thermal management and nonlinear effect suppression technology. The laser provides supreme stability and quality, by further integrating laser motion control technology with intelligent manufacturing, equipment performance can be fully utilized to maximally meet customer demands.

In this exhibition, in addition to in-depth product and technology exchanges, Hymson also launched a roulette prize draw, which successfully attracted a large number of visitors to participate, creating a lively atmosphere to the entire exhibition.
