The Battery Show Europe, one of the grandest global events in the battery industry, took place from June 18 to 20, 2024, at Messe Stuttgart in Germany. As an expert in the laser industry, Hymson showcased cutting-edge laser technology and innovative solutions for intelligent LIB manufacturing at booth D70&80 in hall 8.

Our debut of complete line of LIB intelligent manufacturing solution in the form of scale model provided a vivid simulation of the technology and solutions in the field of automated LIB manufacturing including crucial stages like electrode manufacturing, cell assembly, module/pack, and more. It flawlessly illustrated Hymson's capability to deliver highly adaptable, efficient, and scalable production lines.
To address the pain points of high energy consumption and low energy utilization in the existing coating process, Hymson launches the 1600 mm double-layer high-speed coating machine. The anode adopts infrared + heating technology, combining hot air and infrared. This involves large-volume circulating hot air and infrared radiation to vaporize liquids, reducing drying energy consumption by 20-60% and saving operating energy.
Hymson's flagship product, the laser notching machine, ignited excitement once again at the exhibition with a cutting speed of 120-200 m/min. Hymson blue film ablation can achieve processing speeds of up to 180 mm²/s, enabling high-speed descaling. The ablation process undermines the adhesive properties of the adhered layer without damaging the substrate, producing no particles, and causing no environmental pollution.
Besides, Hymson also exhibited product sample of laser technologies, including laser notching, laser cutting, tab slit cutting, connector welding, sealing pin welding.
