The whole line consists of oil cup loading station, oil cup oiling station, atomization core assembly station, atomization core secondary pressing station, oil cup radium carving station, resistance test&radium carving effect detection station, etc. The machine has the capacity summary function and real-time capacity trend chart. The PLC has the alarm record storage function. The machine and the machine are connected by limit connection blocks. IO communication is adopted. The mechanical part of the machine beyond the main line requires safety protection.
