Micro-gravure double-sided simultaneous pre-coating machine: To tackle the issue of high energy consumption in the pre-coating process, Hymson has introduced the double-sided pre-coating technology and the infrared drying technology, optimizing the drying process and reducing overall energy use.
High-speed laser tab notching machine: Hymson’s newly-launched high-speed laser tab notching machine, featuring a production capacity of 120-200 m/min, integrates automation technologies to significantly boost both cutting speed and quality.
High-speed cylindrical cell turret assembly line: For the production of 46-series cylindrical batteries, Hymson leverages a high-speed turret structure design and vision-guided on-the-fly imaging technology to enable high-speed welding, enhancing both quality and consistency.
Prismatic cell assembly line: This line spans the full assembly process, reduces process steps through innovation to enhance efficiency, and integrates a comprehensive inspection system to ensure product quality.
In addition, Hymson has launched its high-speed laser ablation machine, high-speed laser scribing machine, and high-speed laser drilling machine to optimize the surface structure of electrodes. These innovations further enhance battery charging/discharging efficiency, extend cycle life, and improve safety while meeting market demands for high energy density, fast charging, and longer battery lifespan.
