Complex production integration is possible
Due to its smart, modular structure, the NOVOLAS™ BASIC AT laser welding system can be configured easily for even the most diverse requirements and can thus be used as a manual workstation and fully integrated into automated production plants. As a result, virtually all welding concepts can be implemented using the various diode lasers and optical system modules. The corresponding development standards guarantee a high degree of cost effectiveness.
The modular construction of the NOVOLAS™ BASIC AT, with various optional and harmonized components, ensures a high level of process safety and cost-effective production: The use of several laser and optic modules in a single system enables an efficient way to increase the throughput, thereby reducing the costs.

MAXIMAXI is a modular, universally applicable laser welding system from Leister, which is particularly suitable for large components. The system can be additionally extended by housing attachments. In addition to the standard version, extensions with rotary table and transfer belt are available to increase the throughput. As an alternative to the servo axes, the system can be equipped with a 6-axis robot. This significantly increases the contour welding flexibility, especially in combination with the GLOBO Optics.
