Compact laser welding system
The NOVOLAS™ BASIC AT COMPACT is designed for integration into production lines and production cells in exactly the same manner as the BASIC AT. Thanks to its innovative and modular structure, the laser welding system can be adjusted easily to various manufacturing requirements. As a result, all laser welding concepts can be implemented using the various optical systems and laser modules. The corresponding components ensure a high level of process safety and cost-effective production.
The NOVOLAS™ BASIC AT as well as the COMPACT systems are designed for customer-specific integration. Various integration options are prepared and can be applied depending on the level of integration required. The systems are connected with the customer’s main control system via quick plug-in connections. These plugs can also be made available on request before the system is shipped. This means that the system can be connected immediately after delivery. Every laser welding system is equipped with a processing optical system and the corresponding software. Monitoring functions and integration assistance support installation into customer-specific systems.

MAXIMAXI is a modular, universally applicable laser welding system from Leister, which is particularly suitable for large components. The system can be additionally extended by housing attachments. In addition to the standard version, extensions with rotary table and transfer belt are available to increase the throughput. As an alternative to the servo axes, the system can be equipped with a 6-axis robot. This significantly increases the contour welding flexibility, especially in combination with the GLOBO Optics.
